Hi, I’m Sarah

 

I’m a qualified Master Trainer, Fitness Instructor (Certificate III in Fitness), Personal Trainer (Certificate IV in Fitness) and healthy living enthusiast. 

 

Originally from the UK, I moved to Perth in 2012 to be with my husband and enjoy the wonders that Australia has to offer. I feel fortunate to work within an industry I’m so passionate about, never taking my job for granted, conveying empathy, integrity and pride in what I do.

My life has always incorporated exercise and healthy eating, it’s something I have been passionate about from a young age and it continues to grow.  My first love of sport was running, I represented the school within cross country competing nationally, eventually moving on to compete in half marathons.  Through my fitness journey my interests evolved to weight training, boxing, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and anything involving team work and friendly competition.  Any opportunity for physical activity and I will be there!

I have always strived to eat a well-balanced diet with moderate treats but let’s face it I am human!  Yes, I eat chocolate, I drink the odd glass of wine and I eat the occasional slice of pizza too.  That said, I have always maintained a healthy weight and relationship with food.  I believe the key to my success has been to eat well, train hard and ensure everything is in moderation without restriction.

 

My personal training and group outdoor exercise classes are perfect for achieving your fitness goals since they’re carefully designed by me. I provide constant support, motivation and encouragement both during and after sessions; ensuring you stay motivated and on track to meet and then exceed your health and fitness goals.

The health and fitness world is fascinating.  I ensure my knowledge and skills are current by continually learning and engaging in further education and health and fitness courses.  I enjoy regularly sharing this information via my blog, so please follow me on this journey where I will provide you with information, motivation and inspiration.
