Group Training FAQ

 

What can I expect from my Group Training class?

There is no ‘typical’ class as each session is designed to be varied. Classes are created to give your whole body a work out improving on strength, stamina, speed and agility whilst ensuring you’re having lots of fun along the way.

 

 

Am I fit enough to attend the Group Training sessions?

Yes, we cater for males and females of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels so anyone can join our sessions.

 

 

Are the group training session’s bootcamps?

Bootcamps are known for being an intense training program run by instructors in a militant style fashion using shouting as motivational techniques to push people through class. Our sessions are similar in regards exercise  format and structure however we use less shouting and more laughter, banter and motivation to get you through.

 

 

How long is each Group Training session?

Each class runs for 60 minutes, this includes a warm up, cool down and stretches.  Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in.

 

 

Do I need to register to join a class?

Yes, please register by completing the contact us form, you will then receive an email with further instructions.

 

 

Can I bring a friend to the Group Training session?

Yes, we encourage you to bring your friends, the more the merrier! Please use our contact form to request a ‘Refer a friend’ voucher for a complementary first session.

 

 

 

Personal Training FAQ

 

What can I expect from my Personal Training session?

I create personalised plans that are specific to you, designed to be both progressive and challenging, each plan will continually change to keep your body guessing.  I integrate the use of various pieces of equipment into each session including medicine balls, weights, resistance bands, ropes and suspension training.

 

 

What’s included in your personal training program?

Programs include an initial consultation, fitness assessment, nutritional analysis and an individually designed training program as well as regular support and encouragement.

 

 

How long will it take for me to see fitness results?

Fitness results are different from person to person. Depending on your own personal fitness goals, body composition and level of commitment, results will vary.  However with hard work, dedication, my support and continued evaluations you will start to see results and feel fitter and more healthy in no time at all.

How do I pay?

You can pay cash on the day otherwise direct bank transfer is available.  Please email me prior to the session for payment details using the contact form.

 

 

What should I bring?

It’s simple - bring a mat or towel, water bottle and a positive attitude.
