GROUP OUTDOOR EXERCISE CLASSES

 

Fun, fun and more fun! 

The benefits of group outdoor sessions are plentiful – when exercising as a team the group will motivate you to succeed, encouraging you to push yourself to achieve your full fitness potential. Bootcamp style classes pose a mixture of games & partner work with no two sessions being the same.  You’ll feel invigorated, having worked hard whilst meeting new friends and will leave with a true sense of satisfaction. 



Outdoor exercise classes -  guaranteed to be effective and achieve results!

Each session runs for 60 minutes and is designed independently so we always keep the body guessing; maximising your fitness outcomes. Working all muscle groups we improve strength, weightloss, tone and flexibility, whilst improving overall cardiovascular health. 
 


Exercise amongst friends in a sociable environment

Exercise shouldn’t be boring nor should it be a chore. There is no better motivation than to work out with your friends. Our members are both welcoming and encouraging; creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for all ages.
