Private Sessions - 1 to 1

I understand that no two people are the same with each having their own motivations and goals, all of which can vary from person to person.

 

At Sarah Ware Fit, I focus on meeting the individual needs of my clients whether that be toning up, weightloss or training for a specific event.

Drawing upon all aspects of exercise and nutrition, I can create a personalised plan that is specific to you. Designed to be both progressive and challenging each plan will continually change to keep your body guessing making you not only leaner but fitter, stronger and more flexible.

Personal training sessions are available in 30, 45 and 60 minute durations.  Sessions are performed outdoors or at your own home using a variety of techniques and equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Private Sessions – 1 to 2

Partner exercise is a cost effective way to work out whilst gaining the benefit of personal training with a friendly twist.  I create personalised programs that suit both the individuals’ needs and combined objectives. You and your partner will work closely together through a single program offering moral support and encouragement to one another.

Programs will be continually adjusted to keep your body guessing ensuring you gain maximum results.
