SERVICES: GROUP EXERCISE AND PERSONAL TRAINING

At Sarah Ware Fit we provide a variety of different outdoor group training sessions that suit people of all ages and abilities. Often referred to as bootcamp, our sessions provide a variety of cardio and resistance exercise, all in the great outdoors.

 

An integral part of any group or personal training session is preparation and planning; this is something I pride myself on and do take very seriously.  Whether this be implementing new training methods, reassessing fitness capabilities or ensuring each session continues to be fun and entertaining you’re guaranteed to enjoy an effective and engaging session each class.

I integrate the use of various pieces of equipment into all of my sessions including medicine balls, weights, resistance bands, ropes and suspension training as well as making use of what the park has to offer.  Each session provides a variety of circuit training, interval training (HIIT), partner resistance work, interval running, strength, toning and abdominal work to just name a few!

 

Since members often like a change of environment or a bit of healthy competition, themed sessions such as park and beach challenges are something I introduce periodically keeping the classes varied, fun and interesting for everyone.
