Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: Approx. 15
Ingredients:
170 grams craisins (dried cranberries)
100 grams raw almonds
20 grams raw cashews
2 TSP vanilla extract, or 1/3 vanilla bean
65 grams desiccated coconut
20 grams cocoa powder, optional
20 grams sesame seeds
10 grams coconut oil
Method:
1) Process nuts (& vanilla bean if using) in a blender or until nuts are smooth
2) Add remaining ingredients & process for around 30 seconds. Ingredients should be smooth with minimal lumps
3) Roll into ball shapes. To give them that little extra taste and make them look more festive, roll in some extra coconut or sesame seeds (optional)
Bliss Balls should be stored in the fridge however, I love to keep mine in the freezer and eat them icy cold.
